Find Your Best Fit
The right fit makes all the difference.
Because men's shapewear is designed to fit closely to the body, choosing the correct size is important for both comfort and shaping results.
Sizing can vary between styles. Always use the size chart shown on the individual product page before placing your order.
If a product-specific size chart differs from the general guidance below, the product-specific chart takes priority.
How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure against your bare skin or over lightweight clothing.
Keep the tape snug without pulling it tightly into your skin.
1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Keep the measuring tape level across your back and under your arms.
2. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, or around the area where the garment will sit.
Keep the tape comfortably snug without holding your stomach in.
3. Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Keep the tape level around your body.
4. Torso
For full-body garments, bodysuits, and longer compression styles, you may also need a torso measurement.
Follow the measuring instructions provided on the individual product page when a torso measurement is required.
5. Thigh
For shorts, thigh shapers, and lower-body garments, measure around the fullest part of your thigh.
Measuring Tips
For the most accurate measurements:
-
Use a soft measuring tape.
-
Stand naturally while measuring.
-
Don't suck in your stomach.
-
Don't pull the tape excessively tight.
-
Measure directly against your body or over very thin clothing.
-
Take each measurement twice if you're unsure.
-
Record your measurements before choosing your size.
If possible, have someone help you measure for greater accuracy.

Understanding Shapewear Fit
Shapewear should fit snugly enough to provide the intended shaping effect without causing significant discomfort.
Too Small
A garment may be too small if:
-
It causes significant discomfort.
-
It digs painfully into your skin.
-
It restricts normal movement.
-
It causes numbness or tingling.
-
It is extremely difficult to put on or remove.
-
Seams or edges are excessively digging into your body.
Going smaller does not automatically mean more shaping.
Too Large
A garment may be too large if:
-
It shifts excessively.
-
It rolls or bunches.
-
It doesn't provide the intended compression.
-
Enhancement features don't sit in the intended position.
-
There is excessive loose fabric.
Between Sizes?
Always follow the recommendations on the individual product page, since different styles can have different intended fits.
For compression garments, don't automatically size down to increase compression.
If you're between sizes and the product page does not provide specific guidance, consider the following:
Prioritize comfort and the larger size if you are concerned about excessive compression or are new to shapewear.
For enhancement garments, make sure the garment can sit correctly in the intended position without excessive pressure.
Why Can Sizes Vary Between Products?
Mens Shapewear carries different types of garments designed for different shaping goals.
A compression shirt, waist shaper, shaping brief, butt-enhancing garment, and full-body garment can have completely different construction and intended fit.
For that reason, there is no single size chart that applies perfectly to every product.
This is why every product page includes its own sizing information whenever applicable.
Always check the size chart for the exact product you're purchasing.

International Sizing
Some products may use international sizing conventions.
A size labeled M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, etc. should not automatically be assumed to correspond to a particular U.S. size.
Your measurements are more important than the letter on the label.
Always compare your body measurements with the product-specific size chart before ordering.
How Should Shapewear Feel?
When properly fitted, shapewear should feel secure and supportive.
You should still be able to:
-
Breathe normally.
-
Move comfortably.
-
Sit normally.
-
Walk normally.
-
Remove the garment without excessive difficulty.
If a garment causes significant pain, numbness, tingling, restricted breathing, or other concerning symptoms, remove it.
Important: Check Before Ordering
Because sizing can vary by style, please do not choose a size based solely on your normal underwear, pants, or shirt size.
Before placing your order:
1. Measure yourself.
2. Open the product you're interested in.
3. Locate that product's size chart.
4. Compare your measurements with the chart.
5. Follow any product-specific sizing instructions.
This is the best way to improve your chances of getting the right fit the first time.
