Refund policy

At Men's Shapewear, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.

Because our products are fitted garments worn close to the body, we have specific requirements for returns and hygiene.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed.

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel it due to a change of mind, incorrect size, incorrect color, incorrect product selection, or any other customer-requested reason.

Please carefully review your order, size, color, quantity, and shipping address before completing checkout.

No Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Mens Shapewear does not issue refunds back to the original payment method.

Where a return or refund is approved under this policy, the approved amount will be provided as store credit only.

Store credit can be used toward a future purchase from Mens Shapewear.

We do not provide cash refunds, credit-card refunds, PayPal refunds, or other refunds to the original payment method.

Returns for Fit or Change of Mind

We understand that finding the right fit can sometimes require trying a product.

Eligible items may be returned for store credit provided that:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is unworn and unused.

  • The item has not been washed.

  • The item is free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, body oils, stains, pet hair, or other marks.

  • The original tags, packaging, and included accessories are intact where applicable.

  • The item is in resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, worn, washed, or otherwise used intimate garments may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

For returns due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • No longer wanting the item

the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as Men's Shapewear is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us at:

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging when relevant

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

After reviewing the issue, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be provided as store credit only.

Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and resale reasons, we may not accept returns of:

  • Worn or used intimate garments

  • Washed garments

  • Products with stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or body oils

  • Products showing signs of wear

  • Products missing original packaging or tags where applicable

  • Products damaged after delivery through customer use

  • Products returned outside the applicable return period

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit.

Store credit will be provided after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.

Store credit can be used toward future purchases at Men's Shapewear.
